poor soundproofing limited breakfast

I was initially impressed with the hotel's elegant design and central location. however, i encountered a few issues that detracted from the experience. the soundproofing in my superior double room sauna access was poor. I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. also, the breakfast buffet offered limited options and the quality of the food was underwhelming, especially considering the hotel's price point.

inattentive staff long wait

The hotel's location was acceptable I did appreciate the bar.

I found that getting service was difficult I had to wait an long time for my order at the bar the staff just were not attentive I found it annoying I had to seek them out each time I wanted something

friendly staff excellent shower small room missing charm

i thought the breakfast lounge was a good area. the staff were friendly . the bathroom shower had excellent water pressure.

the room was not like what i saw in the pictures. it was smaller than i thought. there was not as much charm as i anticipated.

quick questions great breakfast spacious room

The staff answered my questions quickly before i arrived. the breakfast was great (i liked the pastries). the room was modern and spacious. i especially liked the location. It was easy to walk to see many sights.

The spa area had limited facilities. It featured a sauna and a hammam, but the hammam was not warm.

The hotel is in a central area, easy for exploring the surroundings. many restaurants and shops are close. it allowed convenient access to main attractions. I could easily walk to them.
